Terms of Service

1. The service

RepostZap (“the app”, “we”, “us”) helps you find and remove your own reposts on TikTok. You log in to TikTok on TikTok's own page inside the app, and removals are performed through your own active session. The app runs on your device; we do not operate a server that stores your TikTok account data. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and legally able to enter into these Terms to use RepostZap.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own TikTok account and for complying with TikTok's terms of service.
• You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the TikTok account you connect.
• Removals are permanent actions on your TikTok profile. You are responsible for reviewing the selected list before confirming a removal.
• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal

• RepostZap offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and optional upgrades for a higher daily limit.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase to your Apple ID (iPhone) or to your Google Play account (Android).
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (iPhone) or in Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region and change over time.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by the store you bought from: Apple on iPhone, Google Play on Android. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies (reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play → Order history). We cannot directly issue refunds for store purchases.

6. Daily limits and platform restrictions

To help protect accounts, RepostZap paces removals and applies a daily removal limit. Removing many reposts quickly, frequent logins, or VPN changes may trigger platform rate limits, login restrictions, or temporary account protections imposed by TikTok. These restrictions come from the platform, not from RepostZap, and are outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

RepostZap is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every repost can be detected or removed, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using the app will not result in platform restrictions. TikTok may change its platform at any time in ways that affect the app's functionality.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepostZap and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, or account access, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Not affiliated with TikTok

RepostZap is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
